Together with People

Over two days, the 21st PERYÖN Ege Human Management Summit brought HR leaders, speakers and partners together around the theme “Together with People”. We followed the summit from registration and exhibitor booths to the main stage, capturing the atmosphere of an event built on ideas and connection.

Voices of the Summit

Between keynotes and panels, we sat down with speakers and participants for short interviews about the future of work, leadership and people management. These conversations became the heart of the film.

Behind the Lens. Beyond the Moment.

In post-production we brought the interviews, panels and atmosphere together into a dynamic event film, edited in a vertical format for social media. From shooting to post-production, the entire film was produced by 1311 CO.
